What we text — and what we never text
If you sign in to Peachy with your phone number, this program sends exactly two kinds of SMS messages:
- One-time login codes — a 6-digit code when you (and only you) request to sign in.
- Account notifications — service notices about your account (for example, a trial or subscription status change), and only if you have turned notifications on in your app settings.
We never send marketing or promotional texts. Conversations with your companion happen in the app, not over SMS.
How opt-in works
Texts are sent only to a phone number you enter yourself, in one of two places:
- Signing in: on the app's sign-in screen (app.getpeachy.org) you enter your number and request a one-time code. We text the code to you; if a text can't reach your number, we'll place it as an automated phone call instead — you don't have to do anything. The code is sent once, only when you ask for it.
- Account notifications: inside the app's settings, notifications are off by default. You can turn them on — and back off — at any time.

Texting is not a condition of using Peachy
You can sign up for and use every part of Peachy without ever receiving an SMS:
- If a text can't be delivered, your sign-in code arrives as an automated phone call instead.
- Sign in through Telegram and no phone number is collected at all.
- Account notifications are off unless you turn them on.
Message frequency
Frequency varies with your use: one text per sign-in you request, plus occasional account notifications if you have enabled them. No recurring schedule.
Cost
Peachy does not charge for texts. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately; we send one final confirmation of the opt-out and nothing further. Other accepted keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT. You can re-subscribe by replying START. If you've opted out of texts, you can still sign in through Telegram without receiving any SMS.

Your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number, SMS consent status, and text messaging originator opt-in data are never sold and never shared with anyone except our SMS delivery provider (Twilio), solely to deliver the messages described above. Carriers
Available on major US carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
